Refund & Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused in original condition. Returned items must include original packaging and proof of purchase. Once the return is approved and received, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days. Certain items may be non-returnable as per company policy.

  • Return window: 7 days
  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days
  • Non-returnable: customized/perishable items

Due to the perishable nature of food products, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or leaked products upon delivery

  2. Incorrect product delivered

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
