Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact Lakfa Foods customer support immediately after placing the order. Lakfa Foods reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on order status.
